Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work starts

If you cancel before development has started, contact us as soon as possible. Any refund will be handled according to the agreed project terms and applicable law.

After work starts

Because our services are custom-made, work already completed and non-recoverable project costs may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.

Problems with delivery

If the delivered work materially differs from the written project scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will first try to correct the issue. If that is not reasonable, an appropriate refund may be considered where required.

Payment disputes

Please contact Rhandy@againstallodds8.com before starting a chargeback so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue.
